Terms and Conditions

By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your date.
- Full payment is due 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed on.
- Payment methods accepted: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- For cancellations made more than 7 days before the event, deposit is non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
(equipment failure, illness, extreme weather, etc.), in which case a full refund will be issued.

Setup & Requirements
- To ensure smooth setup and operation, the following is required:
Access to the venue at least 1 hour before the event starts.
- A standard power outlet within 10 feet of the booth setup location.
- A flat, dry, and shaded area (for outdoor events) to operate the booth safely.

Service Duration & Overtime
- Standard service includes 2 HOURS of active booth time.
- Additional hours can be purchased at a rate of $50 for Digital Package and $100 for Prints Package.
- Idle time must be discussed in advance and may incur a fee.

Use of Photos & Media
- We may use photos taken during your event for marketing purposes
(website, social media), unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
- Guests using the booth consent to their photos being stored and shared unless they opt out.

Guest Conduct & Liability
- The client is responsible for guest conduct. If guests are intoxicated, destructive, or disrespectful t
o staff or equipment, we reserve the right to shut down the booth without refund.
- The client is liable for any damages caused by guests to the photo booth equipment.

Technical Issues
- While we strive for flawless service, technical issues may arise. If service is disrupted due to
equipment failure, we will offer a partial refund based on the time lost.
- No refund will be issued for problems caused by venue conditions outside our control
( power outages, or environmental issues, etc.)

Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely
for communication and event planning purposes and will not be sold or shared.
